Each person got a bottle of soap. They were so excited to show their family what they learnt. And in turn can make themselves to use and to sell at market, to make money.

the women carry extremely heavy bags, out of the valley, up to the roadside to be loaded onto trucks. For an 8 Hour day of work, they get paid $1.62
Some Children walk 1-2 hrs. each day, morning and night to school and back. These children have to climb down this hill and cross through the rice field, across a single log over this river and then back up over the far wooded hillside.
The local grade school is in such disparate need of repairs. Some of the walls are made of mud and thatch, dirt floors, all open widows, and no water.
