1. Donations 
   All donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Raising a Girl to the World, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributions may be tax-deductible—please consult your tax advisor for verification. 
2. Use of Funds 
   Your donations support our mission-driven programs in Uganda, including sewing education, women’s empowerment, clean water initiatives, and school rebuilding. We ensure funds are used responsibly and transparently to create lasting community impact. 
3. Privacy and Data Protection 
   We value your privacy. Personal information collected during the donation process is used solely for communication and tax documentation. We do not sell, share, or rent your information to any third parties. 
4. Recurring Donations 
   If you choose to set up a recurring donation, you authorize automatic charges to your chosen payment method based on your selected schedule. You may modify or cancel recurring contributions by contacting us directly. 
5. Receipts and Acknowledgements 
   You will receive a donation receipt by email upon completion of your gift. Year-end summaries are available upon request. 
6. Updates to Terms 
   Raising a Girl to the World, Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms. Updated versions will be made available upon request or can be found on our website.
